The breakfast is particularly nice, includes a great selection of meals. The rooms are fairly quiet with PLEASANT views of the city. Would stay here again.

The attention at the reception was excellent at all times, also helped us recover one of our lost bags, in addition each request at the reception was always well received by each of the gentlemen who attended us in our stay, tell that we helped carry our bags by a young man of Peruvian nationality I apologize for not remembering his name, and finally thank you for helping us book a taxi to take us to our destination.
The truth is that we liked practically everything, except for a young woman with an Argentinean accent who twice refused to heat a breakfast that was cold, on both occasions we asked with all due respect, the young woman with her defiant face showed us at all times her discomfort at our request ... request that in none of the two times requested agreed, but make it clear that this fact does not cloud our stay, perhaps the young woman is not prepared for very demanding requests such as heating a breakfast.

ideal location, 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, Venice Square, 10 minutes from the Colosseum. However, little noise to be so central. beds are very comfortable, room is quite spacious, bathroom is very new and clean, views are beautiful (we were on the fourth floor)
elevator was very old and uncomfortable. breakfast was not very varied but good, especially the pastries, of quality. the staff at the rmal cafeteria One day they were missing cups and when I asked for a second time after waiting a long time, they gave me a bad answer, when the dishwasher finished they started to take out everything but the cups, were even more handy than other things. taxi that the hotel gave us to go to the fatal airport: we were not in any hurry but he was constantly accelerating and braking even after asking him to slow down. Between that and heat (he was bent on not being able to regulate the air in the back area although later we checked that we could obviously lower the temperature in front) we arrived dizzy. His reckless driving was not very appropriate, considering also that we were with children. I hope the hotel will take this into account. It was a BMV that they gave us on the 9th at 12. 00.

Magnificent location. Solid European three. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Told you how to get to the historical sites.
Anyway, the impression is good. It's all ruined the rent. The day before arrival, the card was charged for one day's stay. They didn't protect this payment on departure because it was made from another card. We had to pay for the accommodation in full. The withdrawn money was promised to be returned to the card within 90 days. I'm not sure if the money will be returned!!! It's not legal. At night, the shutters were knocking on the window in the wind. Made a request to fix it, they didn't fix it. There's a very strong smell of mold and old in the room.

Excellent location, from the metro Cavoir 500 meters, one stop and you are at the station termini... To the Coliseum walk 10 minutes past many attractions, along the path to the right of the forum on the left there are lovely cafes with delicious food and aperole. To all the sights go about a kilometre. The Travi Fountain is beautiful, but during the day there are so many tourists that it is difficult to approach. To go to the coliseum it is better to go after 5, the queue is unreal, or take a guided tour and pass without queuing at the coliseum and forum 35 €... Near the hotel there is an Italian ice cream, be sure to try... Breakfast is medium, yogurt, pastries, cheese, bacon and eggs but you won't stay hungry... The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, big but a bit tired, but we were very comfortable... We'll definitely be back, the emotions are the most positive.

We had a great time here, especially enjoying the fun bar area after long days out and the clean, comfy room that hit like home. There's a cozy lounge where you can unwind. The only downside was a bit of noise from other guests, but it didn't ruin our stay at all. Make sure to check out nearby cafes for breakfast 😊
